Pilgrimage Dedicated to San Marcos in Toya
Description
On the last Sunday of April, the pilgrimage in honour of San Marcos is held. During the event, the image is carried to the Toya river, where it is dipped in the water as a symbol of purification for the fields and livestock, so that the year may be fruitful.
