Description
Family Almazara located in the heart of olive fields in a strategically located 17th century cortijo, very close to the city of Ubeda, World Heritage City.
The family company of long tradition olive trees is dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees with environmentally friendly techniques and soil conservation and produces, packaging and markets an extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality, with olives coming only and exclusively from the estate, under the mark "Cortijo Espíso Santo"
The whole visitor is offered the possibility to make contact with the exciting world of the olive tree through guided tours of the olive and the almazara, and the realization of catas- oil tasting and gastronomic tasting of four dishes made with its organic oil and two drinks.
It is possible to come into direct contact with the producer in a single environment.
The company has a small accommodation in the 17th century Cortijo House, with five bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and patio.
