The SCA Cortijo del Gavilán is a family company that has been engaged in the production of organic vegetable preserved since 1997.
The success of the company is based on the production of quality products, prepared artisanal and with organic raw materials. All the recipes used in the preparation of prepared dishes have been rescued from the uses and customs of before.
Among these preserves are the Gazpacho Andaluz and the Creams of Verduras, being, Cortijo del Gavilán, the main producer of "Gazpacho Ecológico" in Spain, being our product awarded at the BioFach in Nüremberg, with the award for the best innovative product of the year.
