Description

The Finca Las Manillas, oleoteca, restaurant and almazara, dates from 1878, this being the fourth generation of producers. The factory was built in 1935 and has been reopened to the public in 2015. We are producers of Extra Virgin Olive Oil early, with the marks "November" and "Las Manillas." In addition to visiting the store, you can take part in the tasks that are being carried out at the farm, as well as see the work in the winery and packaging, tasting the AOVES and products derived from them.

The olive plantation ofFinca Las Manillasis traditional within 11 × 11 meters in which each olive is 3 feet. It has irrigation in all its extension, ensuring the regularity in production and quality in each campaign.

Inour mill, we only produce olive oil fromown harvest, most of the spicy and arbequine variety under our brandsNovemberandThe Manillaswhere the operations carried out to obtain our aoves are taken into account the systems ofdifferentiated quality.

Our olive philosophy makes us look to the future as a sustainable way of life, in the conjunction of man with his habitat. For this reason in our Finca we are committed to integrated production, using biological and chemical methods of control, such as the use of organic fertilizers from pruning waste, we keep the plant covers between the corridors of our olive tree, which naturally help to combat soil erosion, and we encourage the consolidation of the fauna of the ecosystem.
