Workshop with audiovisual support that will bring you closer to the people of the field, the olive culture and through which you will learn how to collect the olive and make the different types of oil, its qualities, its possible defects, such as distinguishing them and what are its best uses in cooking with your daily dishes. We will visit an olive farm where, in the harvest season, you will be able to participate in the collection of the olive, enjoy a miller breakfast and visit a mill where you will learn what the production process is like until packaging. A complete experience to approach the olive culture and enjoy its liquid gold.
