El Chaparral Rural Apartments
Description
The apartments are 3 km away. from Cold Arroyo. In a detour only 1 km from the village, on the road A-319, point Km 39,800, direction to the reservoir of the Tranco de Beas, right margin, in term of La Iruela under Mount Cabeza Rubia, in the heart of the Natural Park Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas.
The Chaparral is a private estate of 160,000 m ², fully closed and included in the protection area grade B, linking all of it to the east with protection area grade A, Monte Guadahornillos.
The areas, of protection grade A and B are in the Park, land with great natural wealth, with protected fauna and flora, which ensure the sighting of wos, deer, boar, vultures, etc.
