Description
The Active Tourism and Leisure Center El Tranco combines nature, water activities and gastronomy to offer a unique experience. The adventure begins with the solar boat route, the only motor vehicle in the Tranco Embalse, which works thanks to solar panels. There are two routes: the Hornos de Segura, which offers views of the village, its castle and the Yelmo (1,809 meters), and the Bujaraiza, south of the reservoir, which follows the old course of the Guadalquivir River and allows to contemplate the Sierra de Las Villas. If the water level is low, you can see the island of the head of the vineyard. During the tour, it is possible to observe local birds. At the end, visitors enjoy a tasting menu in the restaurant, with spectacular views of the reservoir and the saw. The gastronomy stands out for its local products and traditional recipes. The experience can be complemented by water activities such as kayak, hydromedals or paddlesurf, or hiking routes. A full day to enjoy the nature, sport and gastronomy of the territory.
