Pedro Antonio Blanco Ubalde
Description
He is a magnificent craftsman of La Yedra, Jaen, who was initially formed as an industrial officer in the metal branch and the specialty of tornero, but who has been transforming his work into a craft trade and has been engaged in the production of artistic glass windows for more than three decades, starting with sporadic collaborations in 1975, and dedicated himself to it exclusively since 1980, when he moved to Ubeda to open his own workshop of artistic glass windows, which he takes over to this day.
It has contributed extraordinarily to the preservation of the religious artistic heritage, among its countless works, to mention some, we have those made for the Church of Santa Maria de Ambrox (Dalias, Almería), the Sanctuary of Ntra. Madam. De la Cabeza (Maria, Almería) the Convent of the Carmelite Fathers (Córdoba), the Church of San Pedro de Torredonjimeno (Jaen), the Convent of the Clarisas Sisters (Albacete), the Parish Church of Santa Catalina (Solana del Pino, Ciudad Real), the Church of the Trinity Fathers (Madrid) or the Church of the Salvador (Santa Cruz de la Palma, Santa Cruz de Tenerife).
