Description
Made from selected olives of high mountain olive trees with sensational organoleptic characteristics. The spicy variety and voluptuous nose have an intense aroma of green leaf with touches of newly cut grass. It has notes of tomatera plant, green nuts and aromatic herbs.
In the mouth comes sweet by quickly expressing its character with a bitterness and spicy of medium-high intensity that harmonize in its union with the fruity. The backtaste is elegant and expressive with green apple nuances and banana shell, leaving a fresh mouth with a touch of black pepper.
