Asador / Grill Restaurant Torre de Gallarín
Description
Located in the town of Arbuniel, this magnificent restaurant that was, in the first place, blocks for the shooting cattle, mules, donkeys and some mare, because it had an open-air part, covered by a huge walnut (still a part of the trunk is preserved).
With the machining of the field, and especially as it stopped cultivating the most difficult areas because they were not profitable, this space was left for woodwork, a warehouse of agricultural tools and as a kitchen for the slaughter of pigs, when still massacres were made in the villages.
To this day, we have rehabilitated all the space, having as the main norm, keeping the soul of the place intact. It has two entrances, one by the courtyard of the Manuel de la Capilla Rural House, and the other by Las Eas Street, both entrances give to the main hall, where the atmosphere catches you.
The gres pavement evokes the old hydraulic decorations; the high-height vertical paraments are decorated with vertical gardens that give this natural touch of the surrounding town. In the back, above the bathrooms, a room open to space, decorated in the style of the 1930s, and vintage furniture, combined with old restored parts of the House itself, complete an exclusive place to feel it.
The kitchen and bar occupy a good space in the Asdador Torre de Gallarín, as both the handling and the cooking of food can be seen from the diners area. It offers a great selection of top quality products and a winery ready to rescue the vines of the area.
