Description

The Restaurant & Bistro Casa Alfonso X became part of the Noche de Ronda Group in 2020. Their gastronomic proposal is based on traditional dishes, but using the most advanced avant-garde techniques, which has allowed them to merge flavors and details to offer their guests a true gastronomic experience that will enjoy their palate and not easily forget.

They declare themselves in love with olive oil, making it the protagonist of each of their works. To liquid gold are dedicated some of its dishes, as one of its most demanded desserts the AOVE in textures that has been awarded in several gastronomic competitions.
