OLEO PERALES S.L. is a family company in Baeza, Jaén dedicated to the production and marketing of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil PRADOLIVO is an olive juice of extraordinary organoleptic qualities obtained from the best olives of our own olive trees located in a privileged environment such as Sierra Magina, Baeza and Linares.

As farmers we are, we personally take care of the work and care of the countryside throughout the year, always advised by a team of agricultural engineers. We are also at the forefront of the collection of the fruit, a phase of vital importance and conditioned by the weather conditions that sometimes make it difficult for the campaign to develop. To alleviate these difficulties, we have adapted our farms in order to carry out a more agile, optimal and effective collection with modern plantations, the most advanced machinery and the best prepared professionals, which guarantees us greater mime and care of the fruit so that at no time will it suffer damage and reach the Almazara in prefect conditions. It is there that we will make a cold molding so that the aromas are not overturned and all organoleptic power is preserved, thus obtaining an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of exceptional quality.

In terms of marketing, members of our own family are responsible for the promotion and distribution of our oils, thus ensuring a serious and close treatment with the customer.
