Enjoy the delicate combination of a mini cheese tartaleta curated with rosemary honey and dry figs, followed by a shot of warm serrano garlic cream with quail egg and ham crunchy, designed to awaken the palate with warmth and balance. The first dish, "Nebulas de la Sierra," evokes the beauty of the nebulas with a milleaves of marinated trout, potatoes and triguero asparagus, accompanied by a citrus vinaigrette and aromatic herbs, simulating the diffuse and colorful forms of the universe.
