We have a family raised in the mountains of Cazorla (in the Guadalentín valley). Living in Cold Arroyo since 1984, after retirement as head of household: Felix Cuadros. Its sufficient knowledge of the mountains, stories and anecdotes is only comparable to the extension of the natural park itself. All this information has been inherited and shared with the entire descending family, and we love to share it with our guests under the tranquility of the parra, to the fresco of the summer sunset. The Cortijo Fuente del Roble dates back to the early 19th century, and has the typical architecture of the cortijos dedicated to the collection of the olive and the obtaining of the oil, articulating around a central courtyard from where the different rooms are distributed. This has led it to be listed as an Architectural Interest Building.
