From 22 to 24 May, Noalejo will mark the 500th anniversary of the town's founding with the celebration of the 1st Historical Re-enactment, a cultural event that will bring back to life the key moments that led to its founding and that form an essential part of its historical identity. This initiative was created with the aim of celebrating the heritage, collective memory and roots of the Noalejo community.

For three days, residents and visitors will be able to enjoy theatrical scenes, parades, period atmosphere and educational activities recreating life at the time the town was founded. The involvement of local associations, cultural groups and community volunteers turns this re-enactment into a shared project, open to the whole population.
