Description
At present, Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza "San Marcos," since 1992 is located in the area "La Ventilla de Beas" of the same municipal term and within the province of Jaén, Beas de Segura municipality olive tree par excellence.
Our oils come from olives of a Picual variety, whose olive groves extend throughout the Sierra de Segura, in particular from the municipalities of Beas de Segura, Chiclana de Segura, Sorihuela del Guadalimar and Arroyo del Ojanco, and it is the product of the good doing of our partners - harvesters who as the main objective have to care for and pamper their olive plantations for the best of the fruits.
Once the fruit is collected, it is transported to our modern facilities, separating the olive from the soil from the tree. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted from the olive tree and after a careful preparation.
