Description
From the same pits of the Birth, a channel known by the neighbors by "el Caz," which allows to water the orchards of the river along several kilometres, is removed and rejoins the river in the village, next to the Roman bridge of Triana, where the permits for the fishing site "El Carrizal," whose upper section is the same Birth of the San Juan River, were issued. The nearest pool to the river was used for the release of trout and the practice of this activity to both people with reduced mobility and for children where they learned the values and techniques necessary to manage themselves, within this sport and get their own catches
The coto is divided by areas, which facilitates fishing for different groups. In the Nacimiento del Río, there are well-equipped pools where they can fish people with reduced mobility or children who want to learn the techniques needed to manage themselves and get their own catches. The Valdepeñas Bridge is one of the most prominent pozas of this fishing ground, both for the number of trout that are hidden there and for the trophies in the form of trout, some with more than 5 kilos of weight.
The total length of the coto is 7,350 meters, with several areas along its course, where it can park, facilitating the travel by car during the fishing day. The use of artificial lures, mackerel and cereals is permitted.
The trout are milled and come from the Agasmulas farm in Cazorla, the loops are daily according to the permits granted.
