Description
Great aromatic complexity between the notes of green olives, herbaceous, fruit and floral characterizes this oil, without losing the attributes of green tomato and artichoke inherent in the spicy variety. They complement it with fresh fruits such as pistachio or walnut. Clean and fragrant.
In the mouth, the same olfactory notes appear at the entrance to the mouth, the sweetness of the fruits, then the verdes- herbaceous notes, to end with an almond retrotaste. The bitter and spicy are light and very balanced. Great olfate-taste harmony and good persistence.
