Description
Canena Castle promotes the Oleoturism of the region (Jaén, Andalusia) with the aim of sharing the culture and knowledge of extra virgin olive oils.
We want to spread the AOVE (extra virgin olive oil) and the totally natural form through which it is produced.
Specifically, in our farm we can show how we take care of our olive trees throughout the year, what "precision farming" means and how we develop it in the olive grove so that we can then get our internationally recognized extra premium virgin olive oils.
In addition, we want to show how we harvest with the best technology, how we produce the AOVEs in our own mill, and of course, finish the tour in our home, in the castle itself... It's an experience!

From olive plantations, fruit collection, production and packaging to the marketing of our AOVES. All this is framed in an olive tradition dating from 1780 and with the emblem of the Castle of Canena, owned by our family and located a few kilometers from the cities of Ubeda and Baeza, both declared World Heritage by UNESCO
