Description

Bomborombillos is the name of our restaurant, in Jaén capital, which opened its doors in December 2015, initially as a bar, with the intention of making a hole in the wide-ranging cuisine of the Jiennese, using for the production of its dishes products of quality, closeness and season in a determined bet to value the great agri-food potential of the province of Jaén.

"Taste a Jaén" is our last name and with Carlos Cobo at the helm of the fire, we sail through the prowess waters of the millennial flavors inherited from the Jewish and Muslim Hispanic cuisine with the sole purpose of awakening in our customers harmonic feelings of pleasure with each of our tasting and with each drink of wine.
