Our dishes have their origin in traditional Segureña and Andalusian food. You will be able to enjoy the authentic serrano knowledge, tasting garlic of flour, gypsy pot, rags, flour crumbs, gazpacho or lamb, mountain meat, the sword, etc., and a wide variety of homemade desserts such as coffee flan, rice with milk, curved with honey, eggs to the snow.
