The experience is articulated as an active and sensory tour of the natural environment of Sierra Magina, where each activity invites you to discover the landscape from within, with time, attention and curiosity. We begin with the making of contact with the environment, where the group is located in the territory and understands the keys of the landscape that it will go through. From there, the road becomes an experience of learning: paths between lomas and olive groves, paths that ascend to natural viewpoints and corners where nature is shown in detail. The proposals combine hiking routes and mountain bike tours with environmental workshops and interpretative activities. Observation, direct contact and active participation allow us to understand this ecosystem: its flora, its fauna and the historical relationship between human beings and the saw. Photographic hunting and alternative sports add a dynamic component. The guided tours complete the experience by uncovering stories of the territory, the landscape and those who have inhabited it.

The experience is articulated in several moments carefully designed to connect with oil, landscape and time, combining culture, nature and enjoyment. We began with an introduction to the world of olive oil in the Cortijo Las Huertas, discovering the history of the family and the role of the olive tree in the territory. The tour passes through the 1941 hydraulic mill, where the traditional process is interpreted, and moves towards the modern mill to understand the differences between the historical and current processes, the types of oil and its by-products. The visit continues through the winery and the packaging plant. The experience then opens to the landscape with a walk between olive groves that allows you to understand the agricultural calendar and the care of the crop. The road leads to a centenary olive farm. The day culminates with a picnic among olive trees over 300 years old, enjoying typical Andalusian products made with AOVE, uniting gastronomy, nature and calm.

In the Cortijo Las Huertas, oleoturism becomes a paused journey where time seems to stop between centenary olive trees and landscapes that invite you to reconnect with the essential. The experience begins with an introduction to the AOVE world and the olive culture. The tour continues in the 1941 hydraulic mill, where it is discovered how the oil was produced at its origins, before moving towards the modern mill to understand the current process, from the molding to the packaging. Beyond the technique, the proposal invites you to go outside and walk among historical olive trees, interpreting the landscape: the agricultural cycle, the traditional labors and the natural wealth surrounding each tree. The culminating moment comes with a picnic under the shade of olive trees over 300 years of age, where the taste takes the lead through typical Andalusian products always accompanied by the best extra virgin olive oil.

Casa Rural Arenaria is located in the quiet village of Torres, at the gates of Sierra Magina, surrounded by olive groves and traditional landscapes. The house has a capacity for 12 people and has 8 rooms with private bathroom, a cozy living room with fireplace and a library with documentation about the area. The gastronomy is a prominent place: the accommodation offers half or full board with dishes made with local products and traditional recipes that reflect the authentic flavors of the region. The experience includes 2 nights of accommodation with half board (breakfast and dinner made with products of proximity km0), and a visit to the Almazara Lordorío de Camarasa where the process of making extra virgin olive oil is known and participates in a tasting of oils, discovering its different aromas, flavours and nuances.

In the rural plateau El Mirador de Magina, located in Jimena, in the heart of Sierra Magina, you can enjoy a unique gastronomic experience that celebrates the traditional Jaén cuisine with a focus on local products. The restaurant specializes in meat, fish and home making, and its large terrace offers spectacular views of the natural environment of Sierra Magina. The tasting menu pays tribute to the traditional flavors of Sierra Magina and the extra virgin olive oil of Cánava de Jimena. Each dish, made with local ingredients, is complemented by this high-quality oil, which acts as a driving thread of experience from the entrants to the desserts. The experience includes an initial tasting of extra virgin olive oil with artisan bread, a selection of dishes representative of the traditional cuisine of the region, dessert and coffee. The drinks can be ordered separately. The restaurant has free parking and bicycle space.

The experience is articulated in several moments designed to bring the visitor closer to the history, the production and tasting of extra virgin olive oil in one of the most representative cooperatives of Sierra Magina. We began with the reception of the participants and an introduction to the path of the SCA Bedmarense Magnasur, a cooperative born in 1950 on the initiative of a large group of olive growers to defend and value their agricultural production. The visit includes the visualization of a corporate video that contextualizes its history and activity. The visitor then takes a guided tour of the almazara to know the process of making the AOVE Magnasur and Oro Magnasur, the different stages of production and the organoleptic characteristics of the oil: aromas, flavors, properties and healthy qualities. The experience culminates with an organoleptic tasting and tasting of the extra virgin oils Magnasur and Oro Magnasur. As I recall, each participant receives a 250 ml bottle of Magnasur.

The Environmental Education Centre 'El Acebuche' is a reference in environmental education and sustainable ecotourism in Sierra Magina. With a multidisciplinary team, it aims to educate to protect the environment, raising awareness of the importance of sustainability and natural and rural heritage. The experience begins at the Mata-Bejid Visitors Center, where the natural, cultural and ethnographic values of the environment are known, while preparing the low-difficulty psychological route along the path of Gibralbca. During the route you learn to identify species and understand their role in the ecosystem. Following the collection of fungi, an identification session is conducted, guided by a micrologist and environmental educator. The experience culminates with a fungal cultivation workshop in the recreational area of the Peralejo, where participants learn practical techniques to cultivate their own fungi.

An experience designed to discover the historical, cultural and landscape wealth of Cuadros through a guided tour of its most emblematic places, uniting nature, heritage and tradition in the same itinerary. The route includes the visit to the Torreón de Cuadros, a heritage element of great interest that allows to approach the historical past of the area, and to the Hermitage of the Virgin of Cuadros, a place very representative for its cultural, religious and symbolic value within the environment. The tour is completed with a guided walk through the Adelfal de Cuadros, one of the most unique natural enclaves of the place, where the visitor can enjoy a landscape of great beauty and discover the environmental richness of space.

An experience designed to discover the historical and heritage of Bedmar through a guided tour of some of its most representative enclaves, approaching the history, culture and identity of the town in a friendly and enriching way. The experience includes a visit to the New Castle of Bedmar, an area from which to approach the defensive and historical past of the town, and to the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, a space of great heritage interest that reflects the religious and artistic tradition of the municipality. The tour is completed with the entrance and visit to the Centro de Investigaciones Prehistoriales de Sierra Mágina 'PaleoMagina', a space that allows you to enter into the oldest tracks of the territory and understand the archaeological and historical wealth of the environment.

The experience is part of the Mata Bejid Visitors Center, a reception and interpretation space of the Natural Park of Sierra Magina, which introduces the visitor into the natural, landscape and heritage values of this enclave. Through the visit and specialized accompaniment, a first approach to the territory and its uniqueness is offered. The proposal may include a route guided by the natural environment of Sierra Magina, in which the visitor discovers the richness of the landscape, its environmental elements and the heritage of this protected space, from an interpretive and close perspective. As a complement, the experience incorporates astrotourism activities: astronomy workshops and astronomical observation organized from the Mata Bejid Interpretation Center, expanding the experience towards the night sky in a privileged environment for the contemplation of the stars.
