Granada is 49 km from the house, while Baeza is 44 km. Federico García Lorca Granada- Jaén Airport is 49 km away.

It is an ancient monastery of Basil monks, Eremite, in the 15th century. After the disamortizations of the Enlightenment, in the 18th century, it became an Andalusian farmhouse and cortijo.

In respect of historical vestiges, it was reformed in 1993 and 2019 / 2020, with all the current amenities of habitability.

You can taste our wide variety of Mediterranean and traditional dishes, the most characteristic: the leg of the dairy lamb to the wood oven, the chuleites of the milk lamb to the brase, the chulet of ox, the codillo of Iberian pig or our typical pate of perdiz among others. Finca El Cotillo has facilities that are the result of the rehabilitation of buildings of the mid-18th century which formed the house of management, offices and plan room of the chief engineers that exploited the mines of lead, silver and perlite of Linares, La Carolina and El Centenillo.

• Felipe Mitelbrum for five people, has a triple room, a double room, living room, kitchen and a bathroom.
• Margarita Ripoll for four people, with a double room, a double room, living room, kitchen and a bathroom.

In front of a couple of sofas is the fireplace and, next to it, the television, music equipment.
