The Hotel "OLEUM" is a mansion built in 1924 by the banker Francisco Rueda as a family residence in Andújar, a gateway to the Natural Park "Sierra de Andújar." The author's gastronomic restaurant "Refugio" is located in the beautiful basement of the S. XVI of the building. The kitchen is directed by chef Pablo Dueñas and subchef Olmo Crespo and the Sala by Ángel Fernández, sumilier and head of room.
