In 1967 a couple who had lived in Morocco began this story with a road bar and named it Casablanca.

Then in 1973 our grandparents added the restaurant and the rest of the rooms keeping the original name and typical Andalusian food with strong Arab influences. Later, in 1989, after two long reforms, our parents arrived at the great establishment we have today without at any time losing their name and essence.

And in 2016 we arrived the new generation, loaded with energy to give our diners the experience of what the home food and tradition of this establishment means for us, maintaining its essence and what it has provided in each of its previous stages.

What is traditional avant-garde cuisine?

Today, it has been more than proven that cooking is an art.

As in painting or literature it is important to know the world around the artist to understand his art.

So, we want to explain a little more about us and our gastronomic current.

The most important thing in the traditional Vanguardista cuisine is always to have a traditional dish as a base, then, applying the most modern techniques and advances, we incorporate nuances that surprise and above all that exalt the traditional flavors and textures of the dish.

Applying this philosophy we have designed the dishes of our cards.
