In its quiet atmosphere the life of the hostel, saint and sign of name and tribute to the city of Arjona is present. In the vicinity of the apartments there are several hiking routes. You can also fly in paragliding and collect mushrooms. The apartments have free private parking and are located 1 hour and 30 minutes' drive from Ubeda and 150 km from Jaén.

Currently restored and rehabilitated for the dedication to rural tourism. Each apartment has capacity for 8-10 people and the studio for 2 people. It also has 10,000 m ² for leisure areas (gardens, swimming pool, stable...).

Finca El Cotillo has facilities that are the result of the rehabilitation of buildings of the mid-18th century which formed the house of management, offices and plan room of the chief engineers that exploited the mines of lead, silver and perlite of Linares, La Carolina and El Centenillo.
