Cortijo Las Salinas Country House
Typically Andalusian tiled, surrounded by an ecological farm of about 9,000 m ² of olive trees and Mediterranean flora, with wide parking and direct access from the road. Located in the Valle del Alto Guadalquivir, 8 km from Ubeda (Jaén, Andalusia), a Renaissance city declared a World Heritage Site and surrounded by the National and Natural Parks of Sierra de Cazorla and Sierra Magina.
Among the rooms with bathrooms offered for rural and private tourism there are 25, decorated differently with furniture restored or acquired in antiquaries of the area. The accommodation capacity is 60 / 70, distributed as follows: 1. A building consists of 11 double and 4 quadruple rooms, plus the possibility of adding extra beds in most of them, being the spacious rooms. All these bedrooms have their own bathroom. 2. Another property has 8 more bedrooms, with different capacities ranging from 2 to 8 people and has 3 bathrooms. 3. There are two other rooms and 3 bathrooms that belong to technical or common areas.
Pool and patio
Reformed as tourist accommodation and private housing. Rehabilitation has been based on the recovery of indigenous materials and old and recycled furniture. It consists of two buildings: A cortijo with more than 200 years old of 480 m ² - includes a typical Andalusian courtyard of 225? m ² and a swimming pool of 30? m ² - A more modern building of 650 m ² with 15 rooms with bathroom, 2 living rooms and 750 m ² of warehouses and technical rooms. It has 25 rooms, 25 toilets / bathrooms, 4 living rooms with wood stoves, 2 dining rooms with capacity for about 60 diners, with wood stoves and 3 kitchens, one of them equipped for restaurant. We can find on the outside a typical Andalusian courtyard with a cobbled floor, palm trees, shading and shade plants and a surface of 225 m ² that includes a pool of 5x6 m.
