We begin with an interpretative tour of the Sierra Magina Oil Interpretation Center, managed by the Designation of Origin. Through the didactic exhibition "Del Olivar al Plato," the visitor knows the landscape of the olive tree, the cultivation of the olive tree and the importance of this tradition in the economic, social and cultural life of Sierra Magina. The experience deepens the process of making the oil, explaining in a pleasant way each phase: from the care of the fruit in the field to the extraction, conservation and final quality. The visitor learns to differentiate qualities and know the uses of AOVE in gastronomy. To conclude, the experience can be completed with complementary activities such as guided catas and visits to olive groves and almazaras of the area, discovering the aromas, nuances and singularities of the oils protected by the D.O. Sierra Magina.

In the Cortijo Las Huertas, this experience proposes to go one step further: not only to know the process of extra virgin olive oil, but to learn to interpret it with the senses. The tour begins in the 1941 hydraulic mill, where it is discovered how the oil was made in its origins between stone, iron and memory. From there, progress is made towards the modern mill to observe the complete process of processing, from the receipt of the fruit to its packaging, completing the visit with the winery and packaging plant. The central moment comes with the guided tasting in the AOVELab space. Here oil becomes language: green aromas, fruity nuances, textures and sensations that are learned to recognize as a professional taster would. Attributes, possible defects and keys are discovered to differentiate qualities. The experience is complete with a tasting of AOVE products.

An experience designed to discover the historical, cultural and landscape wealth of Cuadros through a guided tour of its most emblematic places, uniting nature, heritage and tradition in the same itinerary. The route includes the visit to the Torreón de Cuadros, a heritage element of great interest that allows to approach the historical past of the area, and to the Hermitage of the Virgin of Cuadros, a place very representative for its cultural, religious and symbolic value within the environment. The tour is completed with a guided walk through the Adelfal de Cuadros, one of the most unique natural enclaves of the place, where the visitor can enjoy a landscape of great beauty and discover the environmental richness of space.

An experience designed to discover the historical and heritage of Bedmar through a guided tour of some of its most representative enclaves, approaching the history, culture and identity of the town in a friendly and enriching way. The experience includes a visit to the New Castle of Bedmar, an area from which to approach the defensive and historical past of the town, and to the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, a space of great heritage interest that reflects the religious and artistic tradition of the municipality. The tour is completed with the entrance and visit to the Centro de Investigaciones Prehistoriales de Sierra Mágina 'PaleoMagina', a space that allows you to enter into the oldest tracks of the territory and understand the archaeological and historical wealth of the environment.

The experience is part of the Mata Bejid Visitors Center, a reception and interpretation space of the Natural Park of Sierra Magina, which introduces the visitor into the natural, landscape and heritage values of this enclave. Through the visit and specialized accompaniment, a first approach to the territory and its uniqueness is offered. The proposal may include a route guided by the natural environment of Sierra Magina, in which the visitor discovers the richness of the landscape, its environmental elements and the heritage of this protected space, from an interpretive and close perspective. As a complement, the experience incorporates astrotourism activities: astronomy workshops and astronomical observation organized from the Mata Bejid Interpretation Center, expanding the experience towards the night sky in a privileged environment for the contemplation of the stars.

We started with a tour of Cambil and Arbuniel, two municipalities closely linked to olive cultivation and oil production. This first part allows us to understand the relationship between the territory and the olive tree, as well as the importance of this activity in the history and daily life of the region. The proposal then includes a visit to the area's almazaras, where the visitor is closely aware of the process of oil production: olive cultivation, olive collection and different stages of production, offering a clear and close view of the entire cycle. The experience is complete with an oil tasting, ideal moment to discover aromas, nuances and AOVE characteristics from a sensory perspective.
