The Alkaras House has an older part where we have wanted to fully respect its origins during rehabilitation and has a new part of construction, which gradually integrate in a harmonious way. The rehabilitated part is rectangular with thick stone walls attached with argamase in sight. It has two heights and the stay is diaphana.
At the bottom is the kitchen-eating room and on the top, which is a attic, is the master bedroom and the library of the house. Each floor has 50 square meters. From the old part of the house you can access through a door to the new part of work, where the distribution is like in a normal house.
There are two more rooms, two bathroom and the laundry room. The new part has 72 square meters in total. Finally, the jewel of the house: El Patio. A courtyard made of stone with a lot of charm, designed to enjoy it with the privacy they deserve. The courtyard has 35 square meters.
