The complex is located in an area of nature. This property is duplex type and is located at the top of one of the houses. The house, like the rest, is divided into 2 houses that occupy each of its plants. It can accommodate 8 people and has a private terrace. The Encinar is composed of four independent rural houses of name: MAGINA, ALMADEN, PONCE and AZNAITIN. They stand out for their dedicated rustic style decoration, combining natural stone and wood, and enjoying a perfect tune with the environment, which invites you to enjoy those moments of tranquility in the countryside. Each of the houses has a large terrace overlooking the saw, located in a space between oak trees and turned into beautiful meringers. The houses are composed of several rooms, living room with fireplace, bathroom, kitchen and large terraces with views of the saw. They are equipped with heating, TV, hot water, ceramic, microwave, fridge, toilet and washing machine.

It has the maximum equipment (including central heating and swimming pool), always respecting the atmosphere and traditional architecture. The estate is delimited by the Guadalquivir River with a dam from which a three-meter-wide masonry channel that passes below the house and that turns the estate into an "island" to which you can access through a bridge. The abundance of its vegetation has made it a protection zone for birds.

The Cortijuelo de la Media Luna is the ideal place to disconnect from the frenzy rhythm of the city. The Casa Rural El Capricho del Valle has in its facilities a total of 9 magnificent double rooms very comfortable, with a dedicated decoration and high equipment. We have mountain bike service, swimming pool, jacuzzi and social living room with TV. In addition, in our Restaurant El Mesón you can enjoy the rich and varied traditional food of the area.

The accommodation is perfect for large groups. There are 7 rooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet with towels, large kitchen-dining room with American bar, double fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 living rooms: one of them very large and both with fireplace, living room perfect for listening to music and with rocking, 2 outdoor terraces with garden furniture and views towards giant olive fields, 1 covered porch with table and chairs for you to enjoy the meals made in the 2 barbecues. In addition, the outside area stands out for having a pool surrounded by more than 500 square meters of vegetation. Next to it is a track in which to practice various sports also outdoors. For the smallest we have 2 games zones, equipped with slides, swings, wheelsets, etc. Finally on the outside of the rural accommodation we find 2 parking areas.

The house is composed of three double bedrooms (two of them with double bed), fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace, two full bathrooms and terraced lookout. The property provides towels and bed linen for an extra fee. The House is designed and dedicated to rest and tranquility so it is not allowed to hold events or parties.
