The day begins with a walk along the trails near El Cantalar, where the participants observe the local flora in search of fallen seeds and native aromatic plants. After identifying the acorn seeds, he returns to El Cantalar to learn the Japanese technique of "Nendo Dango," created by Fukoka. This technique allows to avoid soil tillage and promotes the natural regeneration of the earth. To make the seed balls, clay and worm fumes are used, which are mixed until a molding paste is obtained. Then small balls of the size of a meatball are formed to cover the acorn seeds and are left to dry in the sun. This technique is used to reforer damaged spaces, and there are two ways to plant these balls: throw them in areas that need reforestation or carry them as a souvenir to plant in a pot. If this last option is chosen, it is enough to semi-bury half the ball on the earth and water it until the clay is undone and the seeds germinate.

The participants can stay in a charming cortijo located in Orcera, in the heart of Segura, and live an experience designed to awaken all senses. "Sabores de la Sierra de Segura" combines the best of gastronomy, enoturism and nature in an experience that unites tradition, sustainability and the true flavors of the region. In this privileged environment, surrounded by unique mountain landscapes, participants will enjoy an exclusive tasting of dishes inspired by traditional recipes in the area. Each production takes advantage of fresh and seasonal ingredients, grown in the garden of the establishment itself, to ensure an authentic and sustainable experience. The proposal is completed with a selection of local ecological wines that enhance each dish, offering a perfect pairing while uncovering the gastronomic and cultural secrets of the region.

In the heart of the Sierra de Segura, you will find the Hospedería de Montaña Morciguillinas, a space in which you can learn to prepare traditional recipes of the region using the following lamb as the protagonist, a product with a protected designation of origin (PDO) and great cultural value in the area. In this workshop you will not only learn the secrets of traditional recipes, but also live a true connection with the landscape, culture and people who make this land such a special place. Guided by local cooks, visitors will be able to discover the culinary techniques and secrets that have been transmitted from generation to generation. The experience will end with a great meal in which to taste the prepared dishes, highlighting the taste of the Segureño lamb and its pairing with local wines or indigenous drinks such as the Mistela, a spicy liqueur typical of the region of Segura.

The Guadalquivir River is the main one that runs through the Natural Park of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas. Discover the excitement of sailing the world of the brave waters while knowing the unparalleled beauty of their landscapes. The descent is a 9 km journey between the Agustines bridge and Puente Ortega, an ideal route for the practice of this activity, which runs entirely through the natural park. From the hand of the guide will be tested the skills with the oars, drawing the obstacles that will be found along the way, in a fun and safe way. During the descent, the different curiosities of the flora and fauna surrounding the tour will be made known and can be observed from the boat. The recommended age for activity is from the age of 7. Children need to know how to swim.

Rafting Las Villas offers its premium tour, which brings together the fun of the descent in rafting in brave waters with the knowledge of the environment. An activity to carry out in family and friends, in which interpretative visits of the natural environment are added during the tour. The adventure begins at the facilities of Rafting Las Villas, where each guide makes a small explanation of the security measures in order to enjoy this great experience. This journey along the Alto Guadalquivir River is started by the optional 3-meter Saro Bridge jump, which provides a good dose of adrenaline. It continues to visit the Cascade of the Waters of the Sierras de Cazorla, a hidden corner where to discover a natural treasure and learn from its surroundings. The circuit is followed by the peaceful waters to reach the Arroyo Chillar, where an aquatic path will be made discovering properties of the flora and the aquatic life that dwells in the stream. The descent continues with great intensity by fast water until the end of the circuit in the place where the natural slides are located, and can be carried by the stream of calm waters until the end of the journey.
