Pumpkin & Nueces is a beautiful rural house located in the village of Cazorla. It has four double bedrooms and is rented whole or for rooms. We also have an apartment with separate living room-kitchen called Casita Calabacín.

The house is surrounded by a land of three hectares and old pine and oak trees. There are several terraces and a pool, where one can take a bath during the hot summer months. As for the accommodation, it is a cozy house located in the city centre of the municipality, which has been decorated in a very nice rustic style, and in which all the details have been taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and fit for rest, and can stay up to 16 people, making the Casa Arenaria an ideal accommodation for groups. At the bottom is the kitchen-eating room and on the top, which is a attic, is the master bedroom and the library of the house. Each floor has 50 square meters. From the old part of the house you can access through a door to the new part of work, where the distribution is like in a normal house.

There are two more rooms, two bathroom and the laundry room. The new part has 72 square meters in total. Finally, the jewel of the house: El Patio. A courtyard made of stone with a lot of charm, designed to enjoy it with the privacy they deserve. The courtyard has 35 square meters.
