La Casa del Agua Holiday Home
Huga Utrera is a mountain village lost in time. Located at the confluence of the Segura and Madera rivers at 1000 m of altitude, it is surrounded by impressive mountains and a dense forest.
There are literally dozens of trails marked directly from the house and in the immediate area.
The wild life is amazing and the courtyard of the house is a great place to see deer, red squirrels, boar and a great selection of birds of rapin.
Water is the subject of the area. The 'acequia' that irritates the gardens murmur as it passes through the front of the door of the house.
Excellent bathrooms and fishing very close to the house and the nearby lake provides opportunities for other aquatic activities.
This is one of the last mountain virgin areas in Spain.
The farmhouse, Casa del Agua retains all its original charm, but with its recent restoration it is now a comfortable and spacious home. Ideal for family tourism.
The house has capacity for 6 or more comfortably, has two double bedrooms on the ground floor and another double bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed for children, if necessary. There is also a child's cradle available at the customer's request.
You will find duvets in all the beds in winter, even in the summer we leave a fine blanket in case it is needed. There is a set of towels for each guest.
The upper floor also has a large bathroom with a large shower room. There is another bathroom on the ground floor with bathtub.
The house is safe for children (we have two young children and have prepared the house with them in mind). There is a trone and dishes and children's covers. On the staircase there is a security door and plug protectors.
