Located about 1200m above sea level, in the municipal area of towers, Jaén province. We have five houses and a center of activities with living room and professional kitchen; two kinds of rural houses, a small studio type with a double bed and a larger one with two bedrooms. Fully equipped to enjoy a comfortable mountain house. The capacity of the complex is 2 to 22 people.

Old mountain shelter used by hunters, today it has become a rural house with a special charm. Located in an incomparable place where water and mountain are fused, the lover of nature will find in it his particular refuge.

The house is hanging on the mountain in the middle of an unparalleled place. It has three bedrooms (two double and one double, plus an extra bed and travel cradle), living room, kitchen, bathroom (with a bathtub for two people), terrace with teka furniture and parking. In the living room we can enjoy home cinemas, dvd, parabolic, table games, music equipment in the same home cinemas, fireplace,... Central heating throughout the house, full kitchen, washing machine, barbecue, hairdryer, etc.

We are a small family company dedicated to the service of the hotel, accommodation and hunting.

We organize all kinds of events like weddings, baptizes, communions, company meals... The complex has a bar, terrace, swimming pool, recreational areas for the elderly and children, summer discotheque and two spacious living rooms.

In the cynegetic section, we organize hunting, eyeing, hunting with dog, I claim in our more than 2,500 hectares of private colt. We have red perdiz breeding where we select the best guaranteed claim birds.

Located just ten kilometres from the motorway of Andalusia and the Natural Park of Despeñacolos, the Finca "El Cotillo" is in the heart of the province of Jaén, from where, in short displacements, you will be able to enjoy places such as: Ubeda and Baeza (World Heritage Cities), Baños de la Encina, the Manolete Museum and Plaça de Toros de Linares or the Golf Course of "La Garza."

We have different charming rural accommodation located in Guarromán in the province of Jaén, very close to Despeñacolos in Sierra Morena, where you can enjoy a quiet and pleasant stay in contact with the nature of the place surrounding our rural complex. These houses are named after our ancestors, people who inhabited the place. Thus, we have the house of Pajar de Thürriegel, Felipe Mitelbrun, María Fischer and Margarita Ripoll, keeping inside their portraits and family memories. These are documents that prove their history outside of the New Populations: letters from Olavide, remittances from settlers, agrarian measures of the time, furniture, artisanal works carried out by colonists of the fourth generation...; all to create an environment that seduces the guest and introduces him into the mystery and curiosity of a time not far but perhaps something unknown. To watch over our dreams the Immaculate Conception that presides over the headers of all beds will be taken care of.

I love to be able to share this beautiful house renovated to the last detail, keeping the structure of when it was created more than 200 years ago and that in 2022 it opens the doors to family travelers, with friends, with sports interests in the area, with the desire to discover the wonderful environment of the interior tourism of the province of Jaén.

In our complex Las Aguas del Arbuniel, the great protagonist as its name says, is the water of the Arbuniel River. Through waterfalls and sources we make the water go all over our complex and then return it to the cause, generating a unique climate and environment.
