Excelsior is a family pastry shop that, despite taking 20 years to serve people, is always innovating. We have moved from making 30% of the products we offer to making 90% ourselves. This is achieved thanks to the many years of pastry learning and practice. We are an entrepreneurial family that every year introduces new sweets and drinks with the illusion of constantly improving. We are famous in Linares for our melted toast of ham and cheese.
In addition, in 2018 we launched the project "Chachepó, sweet typical of Linares" a commercial campaign in order to make the Chachepó known throughout Spain. Since then, we have achieved great success. At present, we are part of various platforms of great prestige: Degusta Jaén, ArtCua (Andaluz Culinary Art) and Aroma Jaén. We attended weekly gastronomic fairs and have participated in such important events as FITU R, the Ibero-American Chess Championship, Expoliva or the Horse Fair.
Finally, we are also a social company. Since the launch of the Chachovó we have been working closely with the NGO HOLA GHANA in the construction of the "Asuoya Learning Centre," and these Christmas has been allocated a full euro of each box to finance the university studies of an NGO scholarship. Proof that the Chachovó has transcended international borders is that we traveled to Ghana in 2018 and 2019, as part of a cooperation trip.
