Radis
Description
A tasting menu proposal that changes every day and pays tribute to its elders even in the name (Radis, 'radish' in French, is a wink to the mote of its mother in Pegalajar, 'la Rabanita')
From Jaén, for the whole world, Radis's cuisine has become a reference for lovers of traditional cuisine, childhood smells and the taste of granny's peas.
Juanjo Mesa León, 27, starts in the kitchens at the age of 15 in Pegalajar, with his family. His parents encourage him to continue growing and decide to send him to the Gambrinus Hotel School to follow his training.
