The La Golondrina Restaurant, since 1970, opened its doors almost half a century ago, located near the high mountain trout breeders of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and the Villas.

The Golondrina Restaurant is decorated with large hunting trophies and typical southern wood. It offers a typical Andalusian tapestry, among the specialities we find the high mountain trout, oven or fried, exquisite home dishes or its delicious mountain meat.

Since the beginning of Josefa Sola Adam's journey, back in the early 1970s, first as a food and pension site, and now with his daughter, as Restaurant and Hotel, the gastronomy of these saws continues to maintain their traditional recipes at the La Golondrina Restaurant.
