The Cortijo de Ramón is an old house of rehabilitated pastors, in an exceptional place of lush pine and walnuts and on a fertile valley of olive trees of the Sierra del Segura. Its owner Amparo is in charge of taking care of the palate of its guests by developing a dedicated kitchen based on traditional dishes. In your drink card you will find a varied and select offer of local, national and international wines. Its breakfast is made with fresh products of closeness and the extra virgin olive oil, with D.O. Sierra de Segura, is the vertebrating ingredient of its gastronomic proposal. The lunches and dinners can be enjoyed on its terrace fully integrated into the pine tree surrounding this sustainable shelter where you can disconnect and relax in its huge pool. The cortijo also has a small shop where you can buy some local products that you use in your kitchen.

The wood to heat the common rooms of the house comes from the pruning of its olive trees. As for the heating of the house as well as hot water, it has a biomass boiler of olive bones, an excellent local fuel.

The rooms are rustic and have tile floors, wooden beams, heating and views of the countryside or garden. The private bathroom has a bathtub and toiletries. Some rooms have air conditioning. The farmhouse Ramón has a restaurant with garden terrace and a bar. In addition, it prepares take-away lunches and special diets on request.
