All this by the hand of a professional, agronomist engineer, expert in olive, oil and head of tasting panel, that will bring you a real vision of this world.

In Silvestres, they are specialists in designing unique, tailor-made gastronomic experiences. In your company you can live the experience of walking during a stage of transhumanism and then be comforted with a menu based on traditional pastors' dishes, while enjoying the landscape or learning in a workshop of aromas the perfect combination with the flavors of traditional dishes. They also organize routes to recognize local wild plants and learn their use in the kitchen through custom vinegar workshops or liquors. In your experience of the tradition of killing you will learn to make home sausages easily and with utensils of common use

Through this workshop you will learn how to produce body care products (toothpaste, deodorant, lip balm) made from wild herbs and other natural products. Our experience begins with an interpretative walk where we will learn to identify the herbs that will be the basis for the elaboration of our "ointment." We will talk about the importance of personal care with natural products. In the workshop we will develop a personal care product that you can take home.

During our cheese workshop we will explain how each of our varieties of artisan cheese from the milk of our Florida goats are made. After the explanation you will learn to make yourself a fresh cheese that you can taste and take home after the workshop.

The organic bakery SINMAS is one of the references of the town of Cazorla. Expert bakers since 2010 share their knowledge with those who love the artisan bakery and organic products. Throughout this experience you will learn the process of making the artisan cookies and the characteristics that are achieved in the mass. You will know the different properties of the cereals and what they bring to the mass, and you will know the differences between the various flour. In addition, during the process you will know the difference between gluten and gluten-free cereals, as you will be able to prepare two different types of masses, and shape the cookies. To test their palate, the masses can be added ingredients such as plowing or caching to make them more tasty, and if you think it's not enough you have the possibility to add chocolate sparks to give it a final touch. If you agree that you enjoy this experience in some special time like Halloween or Christmas you can make cookies of this subject. During this workshop we will know the gastronomic tradition of the Sierra de Segura and will make typical sweets of the Sierra such as roasted flour rosches or butter cakes.
