For a decade now, Pepitina Ruiz has discovered by chance the "art" of painting on silk, a coincidence that would soon become his livelihood, leaving aside a lawyer's robe to make "Art in Silk." This artisan who has her workshop in the center of Jaén, designs the drawings and prints that she later paints by hand on high quality natural silks and making use of ancient oriental techniques recovered after some years of intense formation in Madrid. Both the silks that turn into canvas, paintings and other materials that it uses to impregnate personality are 100% natural, exclusive works, created from the long experience of Pepitina and the tastes and needs of its customers; handkerchiefs, walls, paraises, scarves, pashmines, mantons, ponchos, ties, touches, bags, shoes or dresses. A national reference in elegance, fashion and natural silk supplements that have led her to participate in numerous exhibitions or walkways, and her works are marked by many Peruvians of politics, cinema or theatre. In 2014, the company Pepitina Ruiz was selected as FINALISTA in the national ARTESANIA PRICES that each year convene the Ministry of Industry.

Mari'a is considered a lover of art and fashion from very small and has always been formed in it, going to different academies. But it was in 2011 when I learned how to paint silk and 2015 when I created its own brand, MR Mari'a Rodri'guez ez. Its design is characterized by the predominance of happy and vibrant colors from the mixture of the different oriental tannics learned over time. In addition to painting silk, it paints other tissues, such as something, crespo, among others, and begins to open the way in the design.
