We are a space created to make known, promote and market the AOVEs de Jaén (Extra Virgin Olive Oils of Higher Quality), to disseminate the culture of oil and the consumption of Liquid Gold, with tasting, tasting, training activities and the sale of oils and derived products.

The birth, trajectory and mission of Extra Virgin Paradise is to spread the knowledge by the AOVES, their peculiarities their nuances its health benefits, contrasted by great researchers, from Jaén and the world.

In our shop and tasting room we make known the traceability of the olive from when it is collected from the tree until it becomes the liquid gold and reaches our tables, to customers and visitors from any point of the Spanish geography to the smallest, they are very curious, they know how to perfectly relate the flavors in the oils, almonds, tomatoes, fig, grass... their clean palate make these little AOVE apprentices a great teachers, are our future in the early AOVEs.

There are more than 80 references of all AOVEs in the province and a wide representation of the three designations of origin that currently exist, Sierra Mágina, Sierra de Segura and Sierra de Cazorla. Our AOVs are just from Jaén.

The current generation of the family has managed to place a product of special quality on the lines of the main food names in Spain, from the food lines of the country's main department stores to the large hypermarkets operating in any city.

Oleocata Xauen is the first private laboratory to offer an innovative activity in the olive sector: the professional tasting of olive oils. The main objective of the company is to fight for quality maintenance, enhancing the work of analysis of virgin olive oils, its classification based on the organoleptic score and the advice on its subsequent use, all of which is reflected in a custom newsletter that makes it easier for each customer.

They also offer specialized training courses and provide days and conferences related to the olive sector.

SEO / BirdLife, the Spanish Society of Ornithology, is the dean environmental NGO in Spain. Founded in 1954, our mission has remained the same since then: with birds as a flag, we want to preserve biodiversity with the participation and involvement of society.
