Next to the monumental city of Baeza, Oleícola San Francisco has become the first tourist mill in the province of Jaén, with registration at the Tourism Board of the Junta de Andalucía. In 1989, Manolo Rus and José Jiménez decided to embark on this fascinating olive oil world, acquiring a small factory in Begijar. With a lot of illusion and a few means, they raised together what is today a real reality, a family company, traditional and at the same time at the forefront in means of production. The beginnings were difficult and the means they had were those of the time: hydraulic presses, capachos, decanting stoves, great atroops and, above all, the illusion each year of getting the best of the possible oils. Conservas García Narváez has become a powerful industry generating employment and wealth in Sierra Mágina. We export much of our production to several countries of the European Union and on the national market we are present practically throughout the agri-food channel (wholesale markets, large areas, small supermarkets and delicatessen shops), while we are part of the kitchens of outstanding restaurants in Andalusia, some of them with the distinction of Estrella Michelín.

Our factory has the most modern technology for the production of 100% natural artisan products. We are located in the Cornicabral Industrial Polygon, located at the edge of the Cordoba-Valencia road (National-322). A strategic point for our distribution outside the region.

Our oils come from olives of a Picual variety, whose olive groves extend throughout the Sierra de Segura, in particular from the municipalities of Beas de Segura, Chiclana de Segura, Sorihuela del Guadalimar and Arroyo del Ojanco, and it is the product of the good doing of our partners - harvesters who as the main objective have to care for and pamper their olive plantations for the best of the fruits.

Once the fruit is collected, it is transported to our modern facilities, separating the olive from the soil from the tree. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted from the olive tree and after a careful preparation.
