Descripción
Descripción larga
The resinero trade has been recovered in the Natural Park of the Serras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas after 60 years of extinction, thanks to the International Association of Resineros (ASINRE). To bring this tradition closer to visitors, it offers the opportunity to experience the profession of resinero for one day. The resin, extracted from the pine trees, is present in many daily products such as cosmetics, soaps, adhesives and paintings. In this area, the resin extraction is carried out in the variety of pine "pinus pinaster," also known as pine resiner. During this activity, participants will visit the work area of the resineros, learn about the history of the trade, the extraction techniques and the countries where it is still practised. In addition, you will discover the wide variety of resin products. The experience is complemented by interactive games, where visitors will learn about current resineros countries and products containing resin. At the end, you can enjoy a tasting of sweet and salty products typical of the area, thus completing a day of learning and connection with local tradition. The minimum age for this activity is 7 years. The tasting of products is optional, if made, food allergies and intolerances should be reported at the time of booking. (*) It is possible to change the location of the experience, after consultation and availability with the company.

The Active Tourism and Leisure Center El Tranco combines nature, water activities and gastronomy to offer a unique experience. The adventure begins with the solar boat route, the only motor vehicle in the Tranco Embalse, which works thanks to solar panels. There are two routes: the Hornos de Segura, which offers views of the village, its castle and the Yelmo (1,809 meters), and the Bujaraiza, south of the reservoir, which follows the old course of the Guadalquivir River and allows to contemplate the Sierra de Las Villas. If the water level is low, you can see the island of the head of the vineyard. During the tour, it is possible to observe local birds. At the end, visitors enjoy a tasting menu in the restaurant, with spectacular views of the reservoir and the saw. The gastronomy stands out for its local products and traditional recipes. Discover how water shapes the landscape and its inhabitants' lives with Guías de Cazorla

Submitted by brandcode_deweloper on

Descripción
Descripción larga
A unique experience where knowing how the force of water has shaped the landscape and history of this region for millions of years. Following the route of the Guadalquivir River, visitors are immersed in a natural environment of limestone rocks that, like a sugar terron, have been dissolved by water to form cannons, caves and travertines, which offer a spectacular landscape. The Cascade of Linarejos, with its imposing fall, and the trails that allow aerial views of the canyon, stand out as jewels of this route. In the past, this environment played a crucial role in the local economy. The travertine limestones and extensive pine trees were used for construction and wood industry, developed in places like Vadillo-Castril, where a hydroelectric dam supported production. Although these activities ceased, the river continues to be a source of wealth through sustainable tourism and barranquism, which attracts visitors to enjoy its fast and waterfalls. This route invites not only to explore natural beauty, but also to reflect on the relationship between water and human development, promoting respect for the environment and its resources.
