From the hand of Rocío, a long-standing family farmer and environmental guide, you will know the techniques of organic farming in this garden that has been producing for over 50 years. Through a guided and explanatory itinerary you will discover the sensations as you walk and perceive the odors, the color and the flavors of an ecological garden with centenary trees. After the walk you will enjoy a tasting of seasonal products and you will have the opportunity to buy directly to the farmer the vegetables and fruits that with so much mime give rise to high quality and healthy products.

Enjoy an experience in which you will know the process of making organic wines produced by biodynamic techniques, Through a tour of the vineyards and the facilities of our winery you will be able to know first hand the processes of making the creations of the oenologist Pedro Olivares. You will know all the varieties and secrets that make our wines so special. To finish the visit you will enjoy a tasting of the 4 varieties of wines we produce in the winery. We also offer for groups the possibility of pampering wines with local products for a complete enogastronomical experience.

It covers the majestic centenary and millennia olive trees of the Sierra de Cazorla, it travels through the facilities of one of the largest almazaras in the world and it knows the peculiarities of this ancestral cultivation and the process of oil extraction. We reveal the positive attributes and main defects of virgin olive oils and teach you to identify the aromatic nuances of the Royal and Picual varieties, typical of the Sierra de Cazorla. All this by the hand of a professional, agronomist engineer, expert in olive, oil and head of tasting panel, that will bring you a real vision of this world.

In Silvestres, they are specialists in designing unique, tailor-made gastronomic experiences. In your company you can live the experience of walking during a stage of transhumanism and then be comforted with a menu based on traditional pastors' dishes, while enjoying the landscape or learning in a workshop of aromas the perfect combination with the flavors of traditional dishes. They also organize routes to recognize local wild plants and learn their use in the kitchen through custom vinegar workshops or liquors. In your experience of the tradition of killing you will learn to make home sausages easily and with utensils of common use

Through this workshop you will learn how to produce body care products (toothpaste, deodorant, lip balm) made from wild herbs and other natural products. Our experience begins with an interpretative walk where we will learn to identify the herbs that will be the basis for the elaboration of our "ointment." We will talk about the importance of personal care with natural products. In the workshop we will develop a personal care product that you can take home.

During our cheese workshop we will explain how each of our varieties of artisan cheese from the milk of our Florida goats are made. After the explanation you will learn to make yourself a fresh cheese that you can taste and take home after the workshop.

During this workshop we will know the gastronomic tradition of the Sierra de Segura and will make typical sweets of the Sierra such as roasted flour rosches or butter cakes. We will show you how our traditional wood oven works where we will bake our sweets that we will later taste. You'll take home a dossier with recipes and processed sweets
