In 2018 he opened his doors Macurina, a very personal bet of cook Alan Triñanes. A project that encourages the use of raw materials from the region of Cazorla and the AOVE of the province of Jaén from a travel perspective. The Restaurant & Bistro Casa Alfonso X became part of the Noche de Ronda Group in 2020. Their gastronomic proposal is based on traditional dishes, but using the most advanced avant-garde techniques, which has allowed them to merge flavors and details to offer their guests a true gastronomic experience that will enjoy their palate and not easily forget.

Moka Café offers a wide variety of breakfast with pastry, handmade breads, 100% natural coffee and a selection of the best extra virgin olive oils in the region. Its artisan ice cream is made in its own workman with a high quality raw material and more than 30 flavors in a glass. Among its ice-cream craftsmen is the one made with AOVE de las Sierras.

Lusco Taberna and Restaurante is located in the heart of Cazorla in the Balcony of Zabaleta. Since it opened its doors in 2014 its goal has been to value local cuisine and products, applying the most avant-garde techniques learned throughout the many years of experience of its cook Alan Triñanes. The restaurant has 3 different spaces: the living room, a group reserved and a terrace with unique views. In Lusco we also organize maridada tasting and tasting of the products of the Sierras (cheeses, wines, AOVE, etc.).

"Kilometer 6" is a family restaurant opened since 1985 in the heart of Sierra de Segura, very close to the village of Pozo Alcón, which offers a traditional cuisine of the highest quality and with its own identity. Its cuisine is characterized by the love of the creation of new flavors that are born from the traditional products of the Sierra de Pozo Alcón and from the vanguard and imagination of the Italian tradition.
