Visiting Cazorla and not experiencing our "Oleotour Cazorla" would be like going to Paris and not seeing the Eiffel Tower. Get in the world of olive oil in one of the world's largest mills. You'll learn to identify a good oil in a very practical way. For example, how to read the labelling to know the quality of the oil you buy and consume daily. The tour includes a circular visit to our factory, the wineries, the reception yard and our olive culture museum where we will show you how the old mould were to understand our olive tradition that has profoundly marked our identity.

It combines the beauty of the Natural Park of the Serras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas with the practice of daily yoga and immerse yourself in the production of seasonal dishes. The El Cantalar Center for Ecotourism and Active Tourism offers a yoga retreat in a unique space. The day of arrival will receive a welcome detail and at sunset a yoga session will be held in its glazed room, from where you can observe the saw and relax with the light of the day that enters through its windows. The second day offers a morning yoga session and free time until after lunch, which will enjoy a conscious kitchen workshop where dishes will be made from the Serras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas with seasonal products, with later tasting dinner. The last day will take a walk through the nature of the environment until you reach the place where the morning yoga session will take place, overlooking the Guadalquivir Valley. Along the course you can see a great variety of flora and fauna from the Natural Park. Once the practice is completed, they will be restored with a healthy breakfast. Through this workshop you will learn how to make jams, conserved and even, for the most greedy, healthy gumminolas made with fruits and nearby ingredients. The workshop begins in our garden and surroundings where you will know the environment; we will talk about seasonal products and how to promote healthy food by consuming Km0 products. After walking through our garden we will go back to the cortijo where we will make the workshop and teach you how to make preservas to enjoy seasonal products all year round. At the end of the workshop you will be able to taste the works and take a little cake to continue to taste it at home.

Through the tasting and tasting of extra virgin olive oil, sausages and caYma ® cheese we will go through the history of our family of artisans and remember our great-grandmother, Mom Antonia, who since 1900 left us a legacy of recipes that still last in the production of our products. During the AOVE caYma ® tasting you will try 4 different types of oil and know the processing process until you get our own production author oil. Then you will enjoy a tasting of six different sausages, all of them made from local products such as pig, deer or boar, as well as our pure goat and sheep cheeses. During our hedonistic tasting you will be able to know how to taste, appreciate the qualities of an AOVE and learn to taste it with different products of the Jienese cuisine and other kitchens made from nearby products. The oenologist and winemaker Pedro Olivares produces bio wines that are born in the vineyards cultivated in the heart of Sierra de Segura.
