The dialogue between the artist's expressive power and the historic atmosphere of the Arab Baths creates a unique sensory experience, where past and present intertwine. The exhibition invites visitors to contemplate, feel and discover new perspectives on the inner, emotional landscape that inspires Cabellut's work.

An unmissable event for anyone who enjoys contemporary art in distinctive heritage spaces.

The plot follows two siblings trapped in a life they never wanted, caring for a mother who seems eternal. Amid recriminations, secrets and outlandish schemes, both discover that reaching an agreement can be harder than pulling off the perfect crime.

Sara Pérez's direction brings out the wit of the text, turning every scene into a clash of personalities that is as absurd as it is brilliant. Audiences soon find themselves reflected in these small family dramas which, taken to extremes, become irresistibly funny.

The venues chosen for this edition will become perfect settings for enjoying music in its purest form, with performances combining sensitivity, creativity and authenticity. Attendees will experience a unique cultural event, marked by the intimacy and expressive power of singer-songwriter music.

The 4th Singer-Songwriter Series in Jaén will thus establish itself as one of the essential events on the province's musical calendar, giving audiences the chance to discover and rediscover voices that will move them and leave a lasting impression.

The 2026 line-up brings together established figures and emerging projects, keeping to the diverse spirit that characterises the series. The opening will be led by Estrella Morente, accompanied by Carmen Álvarez, on a night set to fill the cultural centre's courtyard with duende. Over the following weeks, well-known names such as Sidonie, Xoel López, Tanxugueiras and Los Mejillones Tigre will take to the stage, alongside local artists and hybrid acts exploring new artistic languages.

The programme also makes room for less conventional formats, such as the show “Relente: Sequía, un desierto luminoso con cinco cuadros”, and for projects blending electronic music, tradition and experimentation. In addition, the series includes a day dedicated to children with Yo Soy Ratón, reinforcing the festival's family-friendly, accessible spirit.

Serafín Zubiri, whose warm voice and interpretative sensitivity have marked several generations, and the group Charanda, who will bring the rhythmic and melodic richness of the Latin American tradition. Together they will take audiences on a musical journey through unforgettable boleros, songs that are part of our sentimental culture, and pieces that evoke the landscapes of Mexico, Cuba and other Hispanic countries. It will be an intimate, elegant and deeply moving evening, designed for those who enjoy music performed from the heart, in a space that brings out every nuance. A special date to experience the bolero in all its essence, in the heart of Jaén.

Estrella Morente, with a voice that seems to come from a time far broader than our own, will fill the space with her unique way of inhabiting flamenco. Alongside her, Carmen Álvarez will bring freshness, presence and a sensibility that engages with tradition without losing its own distinctive pulse. Together, they will turn the stage into an emotional space where words, singing and silence intertwine.

The venue, one of the most distinctive in the province, adds its own narrative. Beneath vaults that were once Arab baths, among walls that have witnessed centuries pass by, music takes on another dimension: it becomes echo, memory, celebration. Noches de Palacio is not just a concert series; it is a way of experiencing heritage, of feeling the city from within.

For many, this night marks the start of the cultural summer in Jaén. An invitation to pause, to listen, and to let music open up a space of calm and beauty amid the everyday rhythm of life.

"Encerrona" is a show that has already become a classic, confirming why Viyuela is one of the great names in clowning and physical theatre in Spain. Alone on stage, accompanied only by everyday objects and a comic style as precise as it is warm, Viyuela creates a world full of humour, poetry and reflection, where laughter blends with emotion and the absurd reflects everyday life.

Every performance is different, intimate and vibrant, even more so in a venue as special and close-up as the Teatro del Bulevar. An unmissable event for audiences of all ages. Get your ticket before they sell out.

As in previous editions, the old town will become a vast urban stage where music, performing arts, guided tours, heritage-related activities, artistic interventions and activities for all ages will all take place side by side.

The aim is clear: to energise cultural life, showcase the heritage of Jaén, and encourage active public participation in a night that transforms the city and fills it with movement.

Over two days, winemakers, producers and artisans will share their work in a festive atmosphere celebrating the town's identity. Tastings, guided wine tastings, culinary offerings and activities for all ages will fill the streets of Frailes, offering an experience that combines authenticity, tradition and the pride of a town that keeps its legacy alive.

This edition once again showcases the area's rich winemaking heritage and the gastronomic creativity that sets the region apart, inviting visitors to discover — or rediscover — a territory where every product tells a story and every gathering becomes a memory.
