The El Cantalar Center for Ecotourism and Active Tourism offers a yoga retreat in a unique space. The day of arrival will receive a welcome detail and at sunset a yoga session will be held in its glazed room, from where you can observe the saw and relax with the light of the day that enters through its windows. The second day offers a morning yoga session and free time until after lunch, which will enjoy a conscious kitchen workshop where dishes will be made from the Serras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas with seasonal products, with later tasting dinner. In the municipality of Siles, in the heart of the Natural Park of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, the Cortijo La Ajedrea offers the possibility to enter and participate in the collection of olives with traditional techniques while learning about the cultivation of the olive tree: the date of collection, characteristics of the olive, method used or quantities extracted. After the day the participants will be able to enjoy a guided tasting of olive oils, where aromas and flavors are discovered, accompanied by local products such as artisanal bread, tomato and wine. Finally, those interested in going beyond will have the possibility to sponsor an olive tree on the farm. You can choose the olive tree you want to sponsor, which will be identified with a sign with your name on it. They will also receive a diploma certifying their sponsorship and, annually, a bottle of olive oil produced from that olive tree. The sponsor shall be renewable each year. During the year, the godparents will be sent an email informing them about the care and work done in their olive tree.

In the heart of the Natural Park of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, in the village La Matea, is La Despensa del Berral, a gourmet shop that offers local products, such as its well-known ham and loins of its brand Jamones Fuente El Berral. Its factory, located at 1,280 meters of altitude and the weather conditions are ideal for the salting and natural healing of the ham. Since 1996, specialists have improved their techniques to become the region's reference points. Its varieties of ham include white pig (18-24 months), Castaña Duroc (up to 24 months) and Chato bat (up to 30 months).
