The surrounding area fills with stalls and bars where this hugely popular fish is served alongside rice dishes, migas, cured meats, kebabs and more.

One of the province's major musical events, featuring artists and performers from all over the world. Alongside the high musical standard of the participants, concerts are held across towns in the region such as Vilches, Navas de San Juan and Santisteban del Puerto.
