Next to the monumental city of Baeza, Oleícola San Francisco has become the first tourist mill in the province of Jaén, with registration at the Tourism Board of the Junta de Andalucía. In 1989, Manolo Rus and José Jiménez decided to embark on this fascinating olive oil world, acquiring a small factory in Begijar. Our oils come from olives of a Picual variety, whose olive groves extend throughout the Sierra de Segura, in particular from the municipalities of Beas de Segura, Chiclana de Segura, Sorihuela del Guadalimar and Arroyo del Ojanco, and it is the product of the good doing of our partners - harvesters who as the main objective have to care for and pamper their olive plantations for the best of the fruits.
